Just to compare: there were 18 712 inspections in September 2016, which is by 1324 inspections more than in October 2016.
In October 2016 the maximum number of fare dodgers (234) was fined on trolleybus route No. 19. Meanwhile, nobody was fined on bus routes No. 12, 34 and 57.
